Instead of replacing matte-black faucets every few years due to finish fading and unstable sensor timing, we installed 14 Matte Black Sensor Faucets across hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2023 and 2025. As of 2026, the faucets continue to perform consistently with very low servicing requirements.The matte black finish maintained excellent visual consistency despite aggressive cleaning schedules and continuous guest usage. Sensor responsiveness also remained accurate near reflective basin surfaces and bright ambient lighting environments.From a technical maintenance standpoint, sensing calibration stability and water-flow regulation remained highly predictable throughout all installed units. No recurring finish or electronic failures have been observed.
